29th July - Jacqui Cullen a Reiki Master and Teacher, writer and poet with a thirty year career in mental health and wellbeing. Jacqui spoke on the subject of Reiki, the impact she experienced from Reiki upon her own life and about the Seaford Reiki community group she has created.
Kathy presents Community People every Tuesday 7pm - 8pm, talking with individuals and organisations about their stories and involvement in the local community. Each guest chooses the playlist, so we get to hear their personal music choices too.
